With more than 18 years of experience in the FMCG sales industry, I’ve built my career around one thing: growth.
Over the years, I’ve worked at the coalface of sales, customer relationships, commercial strategy and business development — learning what actually makes customers buy, what keeps them loyal, and what separates businesses that grow from those that simply compete.
During my time in FMCG, I was part of a journey that saw the business grow by more than 940% from when I started. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from understanding the market, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, adapting quickly and consistently finding better ways to reach and serve customers.
Great marketing starts with understanding how a business makes money and why customers choose it.
Long before artificial intelligence became mainstream, I was fascinated by technology, innovation and the possibilities of doing business differently. I’ve always been drawn to tools and ideas that could make people faster, smarter and more effective.
Today, those worlds have come together.
I founded Engage X Digital to combine nearly two decades of real-world sales and commercial experience with modern digital marketing, data, automation and AI.
